About us

Oberholt Brewery is a brewery, based at Oberholt in Norrfeld. The company was founded on 6 April 1939 by Magnus Brenn and has traded for 87 years.

Oberholt Brewery — Oberholt — ale and porter in cask, and bottled beer for the household. The name on the tin is the name on the gate.

Our founder. Magnus Brenn, typist, was born at Kessel on 19 September 1890 and died on 6 March 1959.

Our range

We make and supply ale and porter in cask, and bottled beer for the household. Ask your dealer, or telephone the works at Oberholt.

Sold at Oberholt and through dealers in every region. The town has 3 other brewing houses; ours is the one with our name on it.

Dates are as entered in the register of companies at the Ministry of Finance.
